1. Overview
This store is operated by Pollen Robotics SAS, a company incorporated in France (a Hugging Face company), with registered offices at 2 Place Jean Jaurès, 33000 Bordeaux, France. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from this store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
2. Products
Pollen Robotics reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
Products currently available:
- Reachy Mini Wireless (with onboard compute and battery)
- Reachy Mini Lite (requires a host computer)
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on this store are exclusive of VAT, import duties, shipping costs, and any other applicable taxes or charges. These are added at checkout based on your delivery destination.
The final amount you pay will be:
Product price + VAT (if applicable) + Shipping + Import duties/tariffs
Prices may be displayed in USD ($) or EUR (€) depending on your location and selection. The currency shown at checkout is the currency you will be charged in.
Pollen Robotics reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of purchase.
4. Taxes and Import Duties
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means Pollen Robotics handles all customs clearance and import formalities on your behalf. However, the cost of applicable import duties, tariffs, and local taxes is the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
No additional charges will be applied at the time of delivery, all costs are collected upfront at checkout.
Please note:
- VAT is applicable for customers in the EU, UK, and other VAT-registered jurisdictions and will be added at checkout at the applicable local rate
- Import duties and tariffs vary by destination country and product classification (HS Code: 9023.00.8000 for EU / 9023.00.0000 for US)
- Import duties paid at checkout are non-refundable as they are remitted to the relevant customs authority, even in the event of a return
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information submitted is accurate and complete.
We accept payment via credit/debit card through Shopify Payments. For B2B and institutional orders, bank transfer and purchase order options are available, please contact sales@pollen-robotics.com.
Pollen Robotics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill the order.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Current lead times from order date:
- Reachy Mini Lite: approximately 30 days
- Reachy Mini Wireless: approximately 60 days
Lead times are estimates and may vary due to production scheduling and logistics. Tracking information will be sent automatically once your unit ships via DHL or FedEx.
Pollen Robotics cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a delivery issue, please contact us at sales@pollen-robotics.com with your order number and tracking information.
7. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details. In summary:
Individual customers have 14 days from receipt to request a return, free of charge, provided the unit is mostly intact and returned with all accessories and documentation. A full product refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned unit.
Please note that import duties, tariffs, and VAT paid at checkout are non-refundable as these charges are remitted to customs and tax authorities and cannot be recovered by Pollen Robotics.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B customers (companies and organizations). Business returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, contact sales@pollen-robotics.com.
8. Warranty
Reachy Mini products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications
- Failure to follow operating guidelines
- Normal wear and tear
For warranty claims, contact sales@pollen-robotics.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange repair or replacement as appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this store, including product names, logos, images, descriptions, and software associated with Reachy Mini, is the property of Pollen Robotics SAS and/or Hugging Face Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Reachy Mini hardware and software are open-source where indicated in the official documentation. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses available at github.com/pollen-robotics. This open-source license does not extend to Pollen Robotics' trademarks, brand assets, or proprietary commercial content.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this store or the products purchased through it for:
- Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Infringement of the rights of others
- Any high-risk application including medical devices, critical infrastructure, or safety-critical systems for which the products were not designed
- Resale without a signed distribution agreement with Pollen Robotics
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pollen Robotics' total liability for any claim arising from or related to a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question, excluding taxes, duties, and shipping. Pollen Robotics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from a purchase or use of this store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.

13. Changes to These Terms
Pollen Robotics reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
